Zoramthanga is an indian politician and currently he is the Chief Minister of Mizoram. From 1998 to 2008 he was the Chief minister of Mizoram. Zoramthanga is the president of Mizo National Front party.
In 1987 he joined Mizoram Legislative Assembly as Minister of Finance and education. In 2008 his party lost the assembly election to the Indian National Congress (INC).
